The Oshkosh Police Department is a progressive, proactive, full-service law enforcement agency which employs 100 Police Officers and a support staff of 39 full and part-time civilian employees. The Oshkosh Police Department has been an accredited agency since 1994 from the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA) and the Wisconsin Law Enforcement Accreditation Group (WILEAG) and is regarded by many as one of the leading law enforcement agencies in the state of Wisconsin.
