TO CREATE A JOB POSITING, AND YOU (AN AGENCY OR DEPARTMENT) NEED TO PROVIDE DATA INCLUDING YOUR NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS AND/OR MOBILE NUMBER, AND A PASSWORD WHEN REQUIRED. UPON SUBMISSION OF THE REQUIRED FORM and job posting information, YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE PAYMENT (E.G., CREDIT CARD) AND BILLING INFORMATION.
POLICE LATERAL JOBS uses a third party secure payment processor and does not store your credit card information.  Any personal information required and given is used ONLY FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAINTAINING CONTACT WITH YOU AND ACCURACY FOR account and BILLING PURPOSES. WE (POLICE LATERAL JOBS) DO NOT SELL OR SHARE ANY OF THIS PRIVATE INFORMATION PROVIDED TO US FOR ANY REASON OR PURPOSE. 
Departments and Agencies agree that payments are nonrefundable. For example, if an Agency or department submits a payment for 12 months of job posting service, this is an agreement that Police Lateral Jobs will advertise the posting for 12 months, and this payment will not be refunded or prorated if the agency or department finds a suitable lateral candidate to fill their position vacancy prior to the end of the 12 month job positing.  Additionally, if the 3rd party payment processor deems any payment to be fraudulent, Police Lateral Jobs reserves the right to require a different payment source in order to post the position. Payments are also subject to terms and conditions set forth by Stripe payment processing.
YOU (Agency or Department) MAY POST CONTENT  (user content) THAT INCLUDES INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR AGENCY OR DEPARTMENT (AS PART OF JOB POSITING INFORMATION AND RECRUITING VIDEOS) ON OUR WEBSITE. WE ALSO MAY at times COLLECT PUBLIC INFORMATION ABOUT your agency or department via your website or similar source, and MAKE IT AVAILABLE AS PART OF OUR WEBSITE IN AN EFFORT AND AIM TO PROMOTE YOUR AGENCY OR DEPARTMENT LATERAL JOB POSITING. If any change to your job positing is required, please contact us through the Contact US page to request changes.
